Young Sport Leaders

Over the past several years the Colours of our Scarves programme has delivered to "young sports leaders" groups in Schools across Scotland. The workshops  is designed provide these future young sports facilitators with an opportunity to reflect and understand the roles and responsibilities that goes along with sports delivery and facilitation.

 

The workshops offer an opportunity to discuss, examine and reflect on the behaviour pattern's that we may have become desensitised to or that we social accept from other around us. 

 

These workshops aim to provide participants with a first step in considering the legal and ethical roles and responsibilities that are incumbent  on them as they may be placed in a positions of trust in regards to safety of participants when participating or facilitating in sport at any level
